Become part of our Analytics team and help us improve the user experience and conversion of our digital booking funnels through data-driven insights.
You analyze user behavior across the entire customer journey ensure high data quality and provide well-founded insights for product marketing and business decisions.
Your focus lies on product and conversion analyses defining relevant KPIs meaningful reporting and evaluating A/B close collaboration with product management marketing and IT teams you translate complex web and e-commerce data into clear recommendations for action and thus contribute measurably to optimizing our websites and booking funnels.
Your tasks
- Analyze user behaviour on our websites along the entire customer journey and derive recommendations to optimize conversion rate and user experience
- Define further develop and monitor key web KPIs funnels and success metrics to evaluate website and product performance
- Create maintain and further develop reports and dashboards (e.g. in Looker Studio) for different stakeholders
- Support and evaluate A/B tests to optimize pages features and processes based on data insights
- Define tracking requirements and ensure the quality of tracking implementations (e.g. events conversions consent) in collaboration with tracking and tech teams
- Promote data-driven decision-making and actively share knowledge about web analytics within the company
Your profile
- You have initial or several years of professional experience in the web analytics field ideally in an e-commerce or product-related environment
- You have a strong understanding of web KPIs funnel analyses and conversion optimization
- You have solid experience working with web analytics tools and tracking data (e.g. GA4)
- You have experience in designing and quality-assuring tracking setups ideally with tag management systems
- You have good knowledge of data visualization and reporting (e.g. Looker Studio)
- You work in an analytical structured and independent way with a strong focus on data quality and meaningful insights
- You have strong communication skills to present complex analyses in a clear and audience-appropriate way
- You have very good English skills both written and spoken
