As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features manage releases and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools APIs and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance ensuring that the solutions provided meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.- Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release management processes.- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration with existing systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
