About the Role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager the Service Administrator plays an important role supporting clients subcontractors and internal teams. The position combines administrative support service coordination document control reporting and general business support with exposure to multiple areas of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized proactive detail-oriented and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while working collaboratively with others.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Client Support
- Support client accounts service requests and projects with accurate documentation and prompt follow-through
- Maintain organized electronic records and assist with billing and administrative processes
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients suppliers and subcontractors by phone and email
- Coordinate service requests dispatch activities and internal resources to meet client needs
- Work closely with multiple departments to support project delivery and timelines
Document Control & Reporting
- Prepare reports related to on-site inspections and assessments
- Maintain document control within internal sales and project management systems
Team & Business Support
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and quotations
- Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives jobs and work orders
- Support executive and team administrative needs as required
Qualifications & Experience

- A high school diploma and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in administration customer service office coordination or a related role (asset)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset
