About the role
Were seeking an experienced and driven Facilities Management leader to lead asset and property management across our Aged Care Retirement Living Home Care and Shared Services sites. This leadership role ensures our facilities meet safety compliance and lifecycle requirements while supporting Calvarys mission and strategic intent.
Your main duties will include:
- Lead and develop a national team of Regional Asset Managers to deliver consistent highquality asset management and maintenance outcomes.
- Drive the development and implementation of asset management plans lifecycle strategies compliance programs and capital works (up to $2.5m).
- Partner with senior leaders and site teams to ensure facilities enable safe effective and personcentred care.
About you
- Demonstrated experience leading asset or facilities management teams within a complex multisite organisation.
- Strong understanding of building regulations aged care standards and asset lifecycle planning.
- Proven capability managing budgets capital works compliance and contract performance.
- Experience developing asset systems policies procedures and improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
