As we continue to grow we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales/Service Department as a Receptionist/Cashier.
Position Overview:
As the Receptionist/Cashier for our Sales and Service Department you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers answering inquiries and processing transactions efficiently and accurately. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership/service center and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process sales transactions including cash credit and financing options ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area ensuring it reflects our commitment to professionalism and customer service.
- Scanning repair orders into dealership software
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide seamless support and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contact service customers to confirm they were satisfied with their visit.
- Assist with basic warranty tasks including filing and light data entry
Qualifications
Must pass a background check and Drug testing
Valid drivers license
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in a receptionist or cashier capacity.
Experience with warranties is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to provide training.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office POS systems) is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
