About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Nexperia Global Logistic team as the Senior Logistics Process Specialist drives short term and structural improvements in Logistics.
The scope is Global and you work with contacts across all regions (Europe Asia Americas). You contribute to Nexperias top bottom line (cost) and customers satisfaction. You have the opportunity to expand our technical capabilities in Logistics. You will be able to use your business and data analytical skills. You will report to the Head of Global Logistics.
What you will do
- Analyzing Logistics/Supply chain data understanding the root of the problem and logistics solutions.
- Designing and implementation of Logistics Processes and Systems including configuration and documentation
- Managing carrier performance and escalations
- Interface with stakeholders: SCM Internal / External Customers End-customers
- Managing Projects
- KPI: Logistics cost transit time service quality
- Administrative of Global Logistics communications
- Support the Global Logistics team and tasks
What you will need
- Bachelors degree in Economics Engineering or other related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
- Problem solving and analysis focused on Logistics operations
- Project management
- Process and IT systems knowledge
- Work independently
- Drive and motivate internal staff in a project or suppliers
- Excellent analytical skills
- Continuous improvement behavior
