Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Data Entry Clerk to support our team during a high-volume period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
Job Title: Seasonal Data Entry Clerk
Location: Delano CA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
(Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with high accuracy
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed
- Maintain organized records and files (electronic and/or paper)
- Verify and cross-check information for completeness
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Ability to type efficiently with minimal errors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers (typing)
