Program Summary
Services Against Exploitation (SAE) is comprised of a team of confidential advocates who help survivors with safety planning crisis intervention emergency and stabilized housing solutions intensive case management building self-sufficiency legal advocacy court accompaniment and more. SAE also conducts prevention education and outreach in our immigrant and refugee communities.
Position Summary
All Survivor Services sector staff utilize a survivor-centered strengths-based empowerment model to cultivate trust establish and promote trauma-informed communication and provide advocacy and case management that facilitates encourages and assists clients to reach their goals. SAE Advocate 2 will assist individuals and families experiencing human trafficking in reaching safety and stability. SAE Advocate 2 utilizes their experience in social services and trauma informed care to enhance community partnerships improve SAE programming and mentor less experienced staff members (Advocates I).
