What you will do-
- Lead day-to-day packaging finished goods warehouse and shipping operations to ensure safe compliant and on-time product flow
- Supervise and develop a team of 20 employees including performance management coaching scheduling timekeeping and time-off approvals
- Drive operational performance across packaging warehousing and shipping by monitoring key metrics such as productivity quality inventory accuracy and on-time shipment
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities including inventory movement picking consolidation labeling final packaging staging and carrier handoff
- Partner cross-functionally with Planning Quality Manufacturing Engineering HR and Logistics to remove constraints resolve issues and support business delivery commitments
- Identify and implement process improvements and labor optimization initiatives to improve safety quality delivery and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all quality regulatory and EHS requirements including training safe work practices and environmental standards
- Provide regular operational updates to leadership while supporting staffing capacity planning and escalation management in a fast-paced environment
What you need-
- Bachelors degree or 6 tears of experience in lieu of a degree - required
- 2 years of experience - required
- SAP MRP or ERP system related experience - preferred
Travel Percentage: 10%
