Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Onsite

What you will do-

Lead day-to-day packaging finished goods warehouse and shipping operations to ensure safe compliant and on-time product flow
Supervise and develop a team of 20 employees including performance management coaching scheduling timekeeping and time-off approvals
Drive operational performance across packaging warehousing and shipping by monitoring key metrics such as productivity quality inventory accuracy and on-time shipment
Coordinate order fulfillment activities including inventory movement picking consolidation labeling final packaging staging and carrier handoff
Partner cross-functionally with Planning Quality Manufacturing Engineering HR and Logistics to remove constraints resolve issues and support business delivery commitments
Identify and implement process improvements and labor optimization initiatives to improve safety quality delivery and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with all quality regulatory and EHS requirements including training safe work practices and environmental standards
Provide regular operational updates to leadership while supporting staffing capacity planning and escalation management in a fast-paced environment

What you need-

Bachelors degree or 6 tears of experience in lieu of a degree - required
2 years of experience - required
SAP MRP or ERP system related experience - preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%
