Role Description

The role involves leading the design development and implementation of eCommerce solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams managing the technical delivery of projects ensuring the quality and performance of engineering outputs and driving innovation in eCommerce product development. The lead will mentor and guide technical teams oversee project timelines and partner with stakeholders to enhance customer-centric eCommerce experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical challenges.
Experience in E-Commerce platforms and strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
Excellent Communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in modern software development practices and experience managing teams in an agile environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
