Job Summary
Housing provided shared or singles as available. No pets allowed in provided housing. Travel can be arranged if requested. POSITION SUMMARY Please see attached position description for more details. The PT treats all ages of Outpatients Acute and Swing patients as well as occasional consultation/treatment of Long Term Care Residents. There is an OT at CCMC as well. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: A valid Alaska state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Graduate of an accredited program with a BS MA/MS in Physical Therapy. EXPERIENCE: Minimum (2) two years direct patient care in a variety of settings. REQUIREMENTS: Professional friendly and warm demeanor. Must be able to change focus given added demands and or new responsibilities. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. This position requires the ability to perform basic computing skills such as email word processing and spreadsheets. Must have a current BLS certification.
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
