Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and expertise in tools like Jenkins GitHub Bitbucket and various DevSecOps tools. The role requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills as well as hands-on experience with Linux/Windows administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build test and deployment processes.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure or similar platforms ensuring scalability security and reliability.
Work with Jenkins GitHub Bitbucket and other build tools to support development and deployment workflows.
Implement and manage DevSecOps tools to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development testing and production environments.
Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to streamline processes and improve system performance.
Perform Linux/Windows administration tasks including system monitoring patching and configuration.
Ensure best practices for source control branching and versioning using tools like GitHub and Bitbucket.
Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools trends and technologies to continuously improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms (AWS GCP).
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins Azure DevOps or similar.
Proficiency with GitHub Bitbucket and other version control systems.
Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools (e.g. SonarQube Checkmarx Snyk or similar).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or Azure Monitor.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash PowerShell).
