Job Summary
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Mechanical Lead Engineer (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Designing visual concepts using CAD Design tools (Circuit Breakers).
Work with cross functional teams.
Understanding SE needs/requirements and working accordingly to create CAD model
Lead create approve and/or review parametric models and drawings of electro-mechanical equipment according to design intent and Schneider Electric best practices.
Perform analysis (tolerance) to ensure the adequate performance quality and reliability of the product.
Manage GD&T methodologies and manufacturability of product.
Coordinate prototypes build ups from the model shop
Select Engineering materials for various components
Tolerance Analysis of components and assemblies
Create and/or update DFMEA
Product configuration control (Bills of materials engineering drawings product change requests deviations qualification)
Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturing teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in problem-solving.
Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Experience using Creo and Windchill (PDM).
