Job Summary
Role: Senior Hydraulics Design Engineer
Location: Longview Texas (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute engineering activities across concept development detailed design validation and production release for Electric Wheel Loader.
- Provide engineering ownership in NPD projects and support technical decision-making.
- Conduct model reviews drawing reviews and support design release processes.
- Perform engineering calculations tolerance stack-ups GD&T reviews and technical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards ISO/SAE requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Support DFMEA risk assessments and engineering documentation.
- Develop validation plans test procedures and functional testing.
- Drive DFM DFA and serviceability improvements.
- Collaborate with suppliers on material selection manufacturability and cost optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams on NPD activities.
- Support prototype builds pilot runs and production launch readiness.
- Maintain engineering documentation change management records and release approvals.
- Work independently across multiple NPD projects while supporting safety culture.
