Role: SOA Architect

Description
This position requires an expert software architect to design and develop programs and functionality for the Integrated Account System (IAS). This position is part of a multi-year project which will modernize our existing Taxpayer/Revenue Accounting and Assessment Receivable systems.
Duties
Responsible for guiding the technical design for new development and system enhancements.
Responsible for coordinating the technical solutions among various technical support groups.
Responsible for analysis of requirements system design and development work.
Breakdown of system into components component interactions and interfaces.
Presentations of system designs to the users and technical communities.
Development of detailed design documents and program specifications.
Coding unit and integration testing of programming assignments.
Writing and tuning SQL
Technical Support of user testing efforts.
Performance tuning of new and existing applications.
Production support tasks including analysis of issues propose and implement solutions.
Mentoring of less experienced staff would be required.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience (15 Years)
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards including software coding standards tools and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
Requirements
This is an 100% Onsite.
84 months experience with a government taxation organization which includes business knowledge technical design development maintenance and end user support of tax Return processing systems.
84 months of experience in integrating metadata features using Internet framework connectivity with generated IBM Lotus templates to present dynamic Lotus forms for data capture needs of a government organization.
84 months experience in designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools and data model to manage centralized tax forms metadata for Business Rules Form Schemas and forms Presentation.
84 months experience in design development and management of Business Rules Architecture system involving Rules entry UI system and portable Runtime Engine System deployable in WPS (WebSphere Process Server) and WAS (WebSphere Application Server) that can also execute as a standalone desktop application.
36 months of experience in development and maintenance of rules-based event triggered applications deployed in IBM ODM server (preferably interacting with IBM SPPS Collaboration and Deployment Services deployed in IBM SPSS Modeler Server) and using Automated Decision Services (ADS).
84 months of experience in end-to-end architecture involving design and implementation and support of Interpretation driven infix/postfix notation-based IBM Cobol Rules Engine system running in IBM OS.
12 months experience in OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environment with primary focus on aspects of designing developing integrating and migrating artifacts within OpenShift platform.
60 months of experience working with IBM EAD4J JADE and Spring frameworks.
84 months experience in designing implementing and supporting enterprise level SOA platform encompassing IBM WebSphere Process Server WebSphere Application Server and Mainframe platform.
