What we need:
Our Production team keeps the plant running by ensuring that the plant is operating efficiently 24/7. The Production team is responsible for filling monitoring and emptying of the reactors to make sure that polymerization happens so that we can fulfill the orders of our customers. The Chemical Operator fits into this by being responsible for monitoring the reaction process and raising awareness when something adversely affects the process. The Chemical Operator position is essential to the companys success and must be a collaborative teammate.

Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts rotating starting at 7:00 pm or 7:00 am 2-2-3 Schedule
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
