Summary:
The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is to support the HUB West Super Region Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. The TAC will be responsible for providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team as well as building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This position is instrumental in effectively driving recruitment processes providing a seamless candidate and hiring team experience and adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.
