What Youll Do
As a Warehouse Worker youll be part of our team located in Hampstead MD. Youll get to:
- Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for shipment using order printouts.
- Daily use of UPS WorldShip software systems.
- Assist in all special mailings and inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Who You Are
You always strive to do a good jobbut wouldnt it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good You care about quality at every level. You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Youre not intimidated by fact you embrace it. You also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally more than 100 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with UPS WorldShip; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally work extended hours.
