Job Summary
- Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Review accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
