Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization:Design develop and implement customizations plugins and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Full Stack Engineering:Build scalable web applications using framework (C# .NET Core) for back-end services and modern front-end technologies for the user interface.
Integration:Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using RESTful APIs Power Automate and Azure services.
System Architecture:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Data Management:Manage data migration data modeling and security roles within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Required Qualifications

Residency:Must be a current resident of Pennsylvania or live within a reasonable commuting distance (2-hour/100-mile radius) of Harrisburg PA. A valid PA drivers license is required.
Experience:5 years of experience in software development with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
Dynamics 365 Expertise:Proven experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement F&O or Sales/Service modules) including writing Plugins Custom Workflow Activities and JavaScript/TypeScript for form customizations.
.NET Development:Strong proficiency in C# .NET Core and Entity Framework.
Full Stack Skills:Experience with front-end frameworks (such as Angular React or ) and UI technologies (HTML5 CSS Bootstrap).
Database:Strong SQL skills including writing complex queries stored procedures and performance tuning in SQL Server.
Integration:Experience with Web API RESTful services and Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
Tools:Proficiency with Visual Studio Azure DevOps (or TFS) and Git for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
