Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How youll make an impact
- Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
- Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
- Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety Quality Delivery Inventory and Cost.
- Train coach and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
- Lead Costout projects and guide others through successful execution.
- Collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Business or related field with 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering quality materials or process improvement.
- Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
- Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
- Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
- Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
- Familiarity with ITM TPS DBS HOS or similar operating systems.
