What Youll Do
Lead and support a team of field clinicians
Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
Coach and develop nurses and clinical staff
Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Partner with leadership to support growth and outcomes
What You Bring
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Home health or clinical nursing experience
Experience with OASIS and EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Interest in growing into a leadership role
