The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a SCM Summer Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. Youll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. This is your chance to work in a global environment where your expertise and creativity will be highly valued.
How youll make an impact
You will support PL team to manage supplier contracts (categorize chop use scan upload etc).
You will support PL to consolidate TW supply-base data in Ariba (contract risk assessment certificate etc.)
You will support PL to do supplier qualifications (questionnaire preparation follow-ups with Suppliers etc.)
You will support PL to maintain docs hardcopy (order acknowledge etc.) and other SCM related supports.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelors degree.
Good in Office Word & Excel & power point.
Good in interpersonal communication.
Working carefully is must.
Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
