Position Summary:
The Vice President of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy brand positioning and demand generation initiatives for the organization.
The company does not currently have a marketing function and the candidate needs to have experience building a brand team strategy and tactics from scratch.
This role is responsible for driving growth enhancing brand visibility and ensuring alignment between marketing sales and business objectives. The VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing functions including digital product marketing communications and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Lead brand positioning messaging and go-to-market strategies across all channels
- Drive demand generation lead acquisition and customer retention initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing content performance marketing and social media strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales to optimize pipeline growth and conversion rates
- Manage marketing budgets ROI tracking and performance analytics
- Build mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Identify market trends customer insights and competitive positioning
- Strengthen public relations corporate communications and thought leadership
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
- Partner with product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience

- Must have oil & gas Industry experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing mentoring and scaling high-performing teams

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
