Where Youll Make a Difference
- Operate production equipment and systems to support enzyme manufacturing.
- Monitor processes through the Delta V control system to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve basic mechanical or process-related issues.
- Execute routine inspections adjustments and equipment upkeep to maintain production reliability.
- Collect record and analyze process data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and crossfunctional teams to optimize production runs.
- Follow all safety quality and regulatory standards required in a biotech manufacturing environment.
- Support batch preparation material handling and documentation according to GMP standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members across day and night shifts to ensure seamless operations.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- High School Diploma/GED (required).
- A.A./B.S. degree in a scientific technical or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in a mechanical industrial or manufacturing plant environment.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to lift 55 pounds and handle the physical aspects of plant work.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
How You Would Stand Out
- Experience in chemical biotech or enzyme manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) ideally Delta V.
- Background in working under GMP quality or regulated production standards.
