Delivery Controller

As a Delivery Controller you play a key role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You provide operational and administrative support to logistical planning activities and help maintain critical information systems reports action plans and process documentation.

You feel at home in a logistics or production environment and understand how processes systems and data come together. With your structured way of working and strong attention to detail you ensure accuracy while keeping an overview of priorities. You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and are comfortable working with multiple systems and applications.
What will you do daily
- Administratively linking the correct materials and batches to customer orders in an automated system
- Creating Transfer Orders (TOs)
- Handling and investigating complaints related to orders created by the Delivery Control team
- Checking shelf life (expiration dates) of inventory in the system
- Communicating with customers regarding shelf-life extensions and administrating approvals
- Creating and printing customer-specific labels using various software applications
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing all-round administrative and operational tasks

- An MBO level education
- A strong command of Dutch and English both written and verbal
- Affinity with the transport and logistics sector
- Strong communication and coordination skills
