We are seeking an experienced Shift Security Supervisor to join our large team in Milton Ontario.

Position Overview:
Position: Shift Security Supervisor
Pay Rate: $ 22.04
Location: Milton Ontario
Stift timings: Friday to Tuesday (1300 to 2100)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support a team of frontline Security Guards.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in line with clients Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP)
- Conduct investigations complete incident reports and follow up with key stakeholders.
- Consult with law enforcement fire departments EMS tenants and mall management.
- Maintain compliance with Securitas operating procedures and client mall protocols.
- Monitor and manage CCTV access controlalarm and communications systems.
- Ensure customer service excellence with a 5-star approach to all patrons.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Ontario Security License.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
- Minimum of 2 years of security supervisor experience is required.
- Strong communication and written skills including incident report writing.
- Leadership skills including being able to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to follow procedure and be detail oriented.
A valid G drivers license is required. Successful candidates must provide a recent drivers abstract as a condition of employment.
