About the Role
Were hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and adolescents in school and home settings across St. Petersburg FL. Youll work closely with our BCBA team to implement behavior intervention plans facilitate social skills and help clients reach life-changing goals.
What Youll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school home and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA
- Collect and input accurate data in real-time
- Collaborate with families educators and clinicians to drive outcomes

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings
