About the Role
In this opportunity asSr.Marketer ABM you will:
Plan and executecreative modernABM programsto engage prioritized accounts andbuyinggroups.
Partner with Sales andStrategytoalign onaccount goals target personas engagement plays and success criteria.
Operationalize account-based playsby coordinating with centralized marketing teamsand Salesto activate the right mix of tactics.
Own end-to-end program management: timelines deliverables stakeholder coordination approvals budgets vendor/agency engagement and post-program follow-through.
Coordinate lead/account workflowswith Sales ensuring ABM engagement is captured routed and actioned.
Measure and report ABM performancein partnership with marketinginsightsturning insights into optimizations.
Leverage marketing technology and datato target personalize and track ABM programs.
Standardize and improve ABM processesusing templates and best practiceswhile evolving the how to increase efficiency and impact.

About You
Yourea fit for the role ofMarketer ABM (Field Marketing)if you have:
5-7yearsin B2B marketing with experience inABM demand generation field marketing or lifecycle/expansion marketingfor cloud-based software and/or business service providers.
Demonstrated ability towork tightly with Sales(account planning stakeholder alignment follow-up motions opportunity support) and deliver programs that advance outcomes.
Comfortleveragingmarketing technologyto deploy and measure integrated campaigns (Marketing Automation CRM digital analyticswebinar/events tools; ABM/intent platforms a plus).
Strongproject management and communicationskillsable to run multiple workstreams manage dependencies and deliver on time.
Acustomer-first mindsetwith a bias toward practical high-qualityexperiencesthat Sales and customers value.
A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and can pivot with changing business priorities.
The ability to build strong relationships across functions (marketing sales operations insights/analytics) and influence without authority.
Understanding ofmodern B2B best practices forintegrated multi-channel programs(digital field) and how theymap topipeline creation and acceleration.
