Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software databases and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
