Location: JonesboroGA
Schedule
- 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Patient load: 1214 patients per day (double-booking of follow-ups expected)
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedic provides rehabilitative care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring function through individualized treatment plans in a high-volume outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Evaluate diagnose and develop treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Clinical Duties
- Manage a high patient volume in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
- Perform manual therapy therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Ensure proper documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (state-specific)
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
