THE ASSIGNMENT:
The Quality Operations Intern will support the Qualitydepartmentof a Medical Device Distribution Center in ensuring that operational practicescomply withinternal procedures global standards and regulatory expectations. The intern will conduct systematic reviews comparing actual practices to documented procedures across multiple Quality Operations identified discrepancies will beevaluated and the intern will support or lead updates to procedures and/or practical execution to ensure full compliance.
This roleprovidesan opportunity todirectly contribute topatient safetyregulatorycomplianceand operational excellence. Additionally the intern will gainhands-on experience inworking within aquality systemanda highlyregulated environment in themedical device industry.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
Practice vs. Procedure Review
Corrections and Documentation Updates
Implement corrections to address identified discrepancies which may include:
Support revisions oflocal procedures workinstructionsor related documentation
Support operational teams in adapting or correcting practical execution of procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders (core teamwarehouse operators management) tovalidateproposed changes and ensure smooth implementation
Local vs. Global Procedure alignment
Perform a structured review of local procedures against global procedures and standards.
Identify areas where local documentation deviates from global requirements.
Support the harmonization effort by updating or proposing updates to local documents to ensure compliance with global frameworks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelors orMasterslevel students (Life Sciences Industrial Engineering Quality Management BiomedicalSciences Supply Chain or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy areessential;
Criticalmindset;
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborationskills;
Initiative commitment and customer/patientorientationattitude;
Strong communicationand reportingskills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Excel Adobe Word etc.);
Language skills Proficiency inEnglish.
Prior internship or academic experience in a regulated environment is beneficial.
AIinterest;knowledge is an asset.
