Job Summary
Working as part of an existing team the selected candidate would be expected to perform the following duties:
- Basic plumbing and general electrical works;
- Gypsum/drywall installations;
- Painting;
- General installations and repairs on windows doors and hardware;
- Tile and skirting repairs;
- General preventative maintenance.
Qualifications :
The selected candidate will preferably:
- Have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role within the Building Service Industry;
- Have a good command of the English language;
- Have a strong commitment to quality customer satisfaction and workplace safety;
- Be self-motivated and reliable;
- Be a team player with honest and mature personality.
