What Youll Do
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers for client-to-client (C2C) assignments in the Prospect Heights area. This role involves short visits to multiple clients per shift providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) companionship and personal care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance with ADLs (personal care hygiene mobility support)
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful interaction
- Follow care plans and communicate changes in client condition
- Maintain a professional caring and respectful approach with all clients
- Provide support in a pop-in pop-out care style

Available Shifts:
We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule both part-time and full-time:
Day Shifts: 8 hours or 12 hours
Monday-Friday: Openings for consistent weekday shifts.Every other weekend availability requiredand must have open availability onat least 4 days.
What Youll Need
1 year professional caregiving experience (within the last 2 years)
Valid State ID or Drivers License
Smartphone for communication & documentation
Clean background check
