Job Summary
- To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive Minor Hotels manner.
- Manage the staff at Airport conduct training and scheduling of the staff.
- To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product including room types rates relative features and facilities food and beverage outlets and promotions spa and health club and other Minor Hotels properties.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations and discipline staff when needed.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Take action in all matters related to the safety security and well-being of hotel guests and staffs.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure a flawless guest experience and guest satisfaction on arrival and departure including services related to airport.
- Develop implement and monitor guest recognition program providing operational departments with detailed information regarding guest preferences.
- Ensure that the presentation of airport lounge is kept tidy well maintained and serviceable at all times including overseeing the health and safety of guests and on-duty staff.
- Brief and keep the team & all departments updated on the basis of daily operations and other relevant information.
- Responsible for supervising the airport team with daily operations such as arrival experience check in process and departure experience
- Checks the condition of the airport Lounge including electrical items on a daily basis and follows up on the maintenance whenever required and update
- Must maintain and uphold image and reputation of the hotel at all times.
- To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered and ensure it meets the highest standard of Minor Hotels at all times.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
- To be proactive and innovative suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Minor Hotels experience.
- To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments
- To attend hotel events daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
- Welcome and assist all arriving and departing guests at the airport in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate transfer arrangements with the resort team for speedboat seaplane or domestic flight connections.
- Escort guests to airline counters lounges or transfer terminals as required.
- Communicate promptly with the resort regarding guest arrival and departure updates delays or changes.
- Handle guest inquiries luggage coordination and any special assistance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of daily arrivals and departures.
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized service.
- Uphold resort grooming appearance and service standards at all times.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in front office airport operation ; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
- A friendly outgoing behavior able to involve and support operation.
- Proactive resourceful and able to work independently.
- Has strong decision-making abilities and able to work in long hours.
