We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Specialist Campaign (Food) to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital social and offline channels. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders regional creative teams agencies and finance to ensure timely high-quality campaign delivery that drives engagement and business impact.
1. Campaign Communication & Execution
Manage weekly campaign communication briefs for platform-level and vertical-specific campaigns
Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned campaigns ensuring timely delivery of all assets
Act as the central point of contact to align stakeholders on campaign messaging timelines and deliverables
2. Social Media Stories Planning & Execution
Plan and execute monthly social media story campaigns in line with the brand calendar
Ensure consistent engaging story content across all foodpanda social media platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize content for engagement and relevance
3. Creative Brief Management
Prepare clear and actionable creative briefs for the regional/local design team
Ensure briefs are aligned with campaign objectives brand guidelines and senior manager direction
Manage feedback loops efficiently to minimize revisions and maintain timelines
4. ATL & BTL Marketing Execution
Support planning and execution of ATL (e.g. OOH) and BTL initiatives including offline activations Iftar Bazar rider marketing and restaurant marketing programs
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure on-ground execution aligns with approved plans
Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
5. Agency & Finance Coordination
Brief BTL agencies with clear objectives scopes and timelines
Collect and validate quotations ensuring accuracy and budget alignment
Coordinate closely with finance to secure approvals and ensure GTM plans are fully aligned before campaign launches

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong campaign coordination and execution skills
Clear communication and briefing capability
Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
Good understanding of Digital media & social media content formats and engagement drivers
Basic knowledge of ATL/BTL marketing and on-ground activations
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred Background
13 years of experience in marketing brand or campaign execution roles
Experience working with creative teams agencies or vendors is a plus
Exposure to digital platforms social media or consumer brands preferred
