As a Retail Merchandiser Men you will drive consumerright assortments and impactful DTC merchandising strategies through close crossfunctional collaboration leveraging insights trends and performance data to shape product stories pricing and inseason actions. You will ensure flawless instore execution while delivering compelling gotomarket plans aligned with global this role you will continuously identify new opportunities to grow the mens consumer base maximize sellout and elevate the overall brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Align with crossfunctional partners (Planning Marketing BX) to ensure efficient and impactful DTC store execution bringing assortments to life in a compelling way.
- Act as the voice of the consumeridentifyingopportunities to grow and engage the fan base using consumer insights sellout data and competitive analysis.
- Drive consumerright assortments and DTC segmentation strategies that support profitable sustainable growth and build strong monthly product stories aligned with seasonalbig ideas SBP strategy market needs and target consumers.
- Provide a datadriven point of view based on consumer insights market trends and product results for seasonal product briefs;identifygaps and propose local product development when needed.
- Own assortment performance and productivity: analyze weekly product KPIs (sellout ROS sellthrough) lead pricing strategymonitorelasticity and define inseason actions and future opportunities with Trading.
- Execute an effective gotomarket strategy aligned with global guidelines acrosscategory style color price and flow; ensure efficient seasonal and monthly assortment flow supporting a buynow/wearnow approach and maximizing fullprice sellout.
- Maintain line plans and manageAssortify European Retail range plans directive assortments PLM and related systems/tools in partnership with Merch Ops and Pricing/Analytics.
- Deliver compelling product presentations at internal meetings that reinforce brand equity and strengthen Levis market position.
- Stay curious and challenge the status quo by exploring new opportunities to elevate the DTC business; analyze product performance to take relevant actions that maximize sellout and revenue.

- Minimum5yearsmerchandisingexperiencerequired.
- Excellent knowledgeof merchandising in apparelmarketexpertise Retail KPIs price and margin targets.
- Knowledge in stories layouts options management VM/ BXtomaximize instore execution.
- Developed sense of fashion and apparel taste understanding differentconsumerstargets.
- Excellentnumerical and analytical skillsthrough excel Looker andPowerBI
- Excellent communicationand presentationskills-includesinfluencing and negotiation skills.
- English is amustother languages skillsare a plus.
This is ahybrid positionbased in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected salary range for this role is 66000- 88000 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
