Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor communication channels receive calls for service and dispatch security-related personnel to routine incidents priority situations and/or requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents service requests and response activity in dispatch systems and/or logs helping to support accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel supervisors and/or local first responders during incidents medical situations and other critical events sharing updates and information as needed.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer status relaying post assignments and communicating changes in coverage around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
