HVAC Supervisor Hospital Facilities (Papua New Guinea)

Position Overview
We are recruiting an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join a leading private hospital network in Papua New Guinea. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation maintenance and compliance of all HVAC systems across hospital facilities supporting critical healthcare environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hospital or large facility experience looking to work in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Ensure optimal performance of air conditioning ventilation and refrigeration systems
- Monitor system efficiency and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot HVAC faults and coordinate repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations
- Supervise contractors and maintenance staff
- Maintain documentation service logs and compliance records
- Support facility management with energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC maintenance or supervision
- Experience in hospital or large commercial facilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance schedules
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
