Job Title: Bartender Summer 2026

Employment: Full-time (48 hrs/week) EU/EEA & Cypriot nationals only (no visa sponsorship)

Overview Experienced bartender role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Deliver high-quality bar service engage guests support events and maintain bar standards across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests take drink orders and provide personalised recommendations; use upselling techniques.
- Prepare cocktails and beverages to standard; maintain knowledge of spirits and trends.
- Keep bar clean organised and fully stocked; perform inventory checks and restocking.
- Support bar operations during events and peak service times.
- Handle guest checks and payments accurately.
- Follow health safety and alcohol service regulations (HACCP/venue protocols).
- Collaborate with F&B and service teams; escalate complex queries to management.
Requirements
- 23 years bartending experience in a fast-paced 4- or 5star hotel/resort environment.
- Excellent English; Greek is a strong advantage.
- Strong cocktail spirits and beverage knowledge.
- Friendly professional demeanour and strong customer-service skills.
- Able to work evenings weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.
- EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).
