Job Summary

Job Description:

Provide excellent service to guests responding to their needs and inquiries
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction with dining experience
Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of table setting presentation and cleanliness
Ensure timely clearance of tables and refilling of beverages
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively with other waiters captains and kitchen staff to achieve common goals
Ability to lead by example and support junior waiters to achieve high performance standards

Qualification & Experience:

Secondary in Arts / Intermediate in Arts
4 to 6 years of relevant Experience

Essential Technical Skills

Menu Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of menu items ingredients and preparation methods
Service Standards: Understanding of high-end service standards and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Table Management: Ability to manage table settings orders and payments effectively
