Position: Licensed Physician Consultant
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate the accuracy and alignment of clinical AI systems with Rwanda Standard Treatment Guidelines.
- Develop and validate AI models to improve primary-care outcomes in Rwanda.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance and adherence to WHO IMCI protocols.
- Provide insights on managing high-burden conditions like malaria pneumonia and maternal health.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI system effectiveness.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Licensed physician (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
- 3 years practicing in Rwanda or comparable LMIC primary-care settings.
- Direct experience at health-post and/or district hospital level.
- Strong working knowledge of Rwanda Standard Treatment Guidelines and WHO IMCI protocols.
- Experience managing high-burden primary-care conditions.
Preferred
- Prior experience reviewing clinical documentation guidelines or case audits.
