- Home every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule

- Assigned Freightliner and Kenworth tractors ()
- Well-maintained equipment with APUs

- No DUI within the last 5 years
- No safety-related terminations
- Employment history must meet company standards
- Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
