Job Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Booking Agents in the travel this remote role you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements including accommodations transportation and vacation packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels flights cruises and vacation packages
- Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the booking process
- Research travel options and present suitable recommendations based on client preferences
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Stay up to date with supplier offerings policies and travel updates
- Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
