An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term position as a Reward Assistant Benefits Recognition and Wellbeing.
Based within HR at our Nottingham Support Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about reward to support the delivery of some great initiatives across all areas of the Boots UK No7 Beauty Company and Boots Opticians business. The role will report into the Reward Manager and work alongside the team to deliver reward initiatives and provide advice to deliver a colleague offer that attracts and retains great people.
Support the delivery of reward initiatives and key projects across colleague Benefits Recognition and Wellbeing
Produce and deliver communications that are fit for purpose and engaging
Deliver processes and solutions that are simple and efficient to address specific business issues
Complete system testing for various projects and initiatives
Support with query management advising and responding to queries from both internal and external stakeholders
Manage invoicing for benefits wellbeing loyalty and recognition schemes
Support with the organisation of any internal events for colleague engagement of our reward offering such as pavilions in various locations webinars and any other initiatives
Support the colleague health and wellbeing agenda by delivering relevant wellbeing initiatives
Produce accurate data that is well-presented
Great attention to detail
High quality communication skills in writing presentation and day to day interactions
Excellent stakeholder management
Good experience of collaborative working
Ability to work with data and competent using Excel
Ability to manage maintain and test on various systems
The ability to plan ahead whilst also responding to in the moment delivery with excellent organisational and planning skills
