About the role

This 6month fixed term contract offers 37 hours per week with agile working to help you balance life and this roleyoullreport to the Property Safety Manager and play an important part in keeping things running smoothly. Your daytoday work will include processing data supporting clear communication with customers and stakeholders and helping the compliance team stay organised and efficient.

Youllalso work closely with our Asset Management colleagues contributing to a team that makes a real difference across the organisation.

Skills and Experience Needed

To shine in this roleyoullbring experience in providing reliable administrative and service support ideally in a busy environment whereyourecomfortable managing different confident working with a range of peopleboth inside and outside the organisationand skilled in using IT systems such as MS WordExceland Outlook.This role is mainly working from home with only 1 day a week in the office (Swansea or Cardiff depending on your home address) and occasionally for other meetings as needed.

Youllwork with accuracy communicate clearly and take a positive solutionfocused approach to challenges. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills will help you stay on top of priorities with support from your team when needed.

Awareness of buildings their maintenance requirements and related technical terminologywould be an advantagebutitsnot essential. If you have the right mindset and transferable skillswedlove to hear from you.

Pay and Pensions

  • 25877.00per annum

  • Pension Choices:
