Job Summary
In this role you will have immediate ownership of business-critical challenges and the opportunity to make strategic data-driven decisions that shape the future of our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will possess both research science capabilities and program management skills thriving in an environment that requires independent decision-making and comfort with ambiguity.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our advanced logistics network while working with pioneering technology and data science applications.
- 6 years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD in engineering technology computer science machine learning robotics operations research statistics mathematics or equivalent quantitative field or Masters degree
- 3 years of industry or academic research experience
- Experience in several of the following areas: machine learning statistics deep learning natural language processing or information retrieval
- Knowledge of mathematical/statistical/physics fundamentals
- Experience working closely with physical design teams to develop highly optimized ASICs with excellent power performance and area
- Have publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
