TITLE: MSTech Gateways App Ops Engineer

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Part-time telework permitted. Both subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Plan manage and implement releases by building IT release calendars determining readiness of each release and leading go-live activities. Provide support for efficient resolution of IT infrastructure related to incidents service requests and updated service desk management systems. Respond to application support escalations. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments enforce adherence to architectural standards and guidelines and collaborate with product management and engineering teams to review software enhancements and provide feedback.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving DevOps or software engineering experience. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: implementing Restful APIs and web services; working with application integrations and application deployments; working with scripting languages and shell scripting; working with Cloud technologies including IaaS PaaS and AWS; working with observability configuration management tools including Dynatrace AWS CloudWatch Splunk and Grafana; and implementing and supporting Enterprise Security solutions.
