Join our team as a Senior Client Services Project Manager where youll lead complex high-impact projects that enable our customers to make breakthrough scientific discoveries. Youll serve as a trusted advisor managing end-to-end project delivery while building strong client relationships across our organization. This role combines leadership technical expertise and operational excellence to ensure successful implementation of our scientific solutions.

Location

This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-level client services projects
  • Drive project planning resource allocation timelines and execution
  • Manage project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scientific and technical solutions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
  • Mentor and support team members to drive operational excellence

Keys to Success

Education

  • Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Life Sciences or related discipline with 8 years of experience in project management in life sciences pharmaceutical or related industries
    or Advanced degree with 6 years of experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex large-scale enterprise projects from inception through delivery
  • Advanced technical expertise in scientific software implementation validation and quality management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience driving process improvements and supporting team development

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting forecasting cost tracking and revenue tracking)
  • Advanced understanding of project management tools methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise/project management systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Additional language skills are a plus

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada without restrictions
