Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology this role you will be instrumental in designing developing and maintaining scalable high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency across our projects contributing significantly to our client solutions and internal platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners architects and QA professionals to deliver impactful results in an Agile setting.
Software Requirements
- Required: Java (Java 8) Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Angular (10) or ReactJS HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript JPA/Hibernate relational databases (MySQL Oracle PostgreSQL) Git Maven/Gradle Docker
- Preferred: Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) CI/CD tools (Jenkins) Kubernetes Redux or NgRx for state management
- Knowledge of secure coding practices performance tuning and DevOps methodologies is advantageous
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance full-stack applications utilizing Java Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Design build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures aligned with scalable enterprise solutions.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning grooming and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot debug and improve application performance and security.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and ensure deployment efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews promote testing practices and uphold code quality standards.

- Programming Languages: Java (required 5 years experience) TypeScript/JavaScript HTML5 CSS3
- Frameworks & Libraries: Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Angular (10) ReactJS
- Data Management: JPA/Hibernate MySQL Oracle PostgreSQL
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS Azure or GCP preferred; familiarity with Jenkins Docker Kubernetes a plus
- Development Tools: Git Maven/Gradle
- Security & Performance: Knowledge of secure coding practices performance tuning and optimization
- Design: Understanding of design patterns microservices architecture REST API standards and best practices
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java application development and full-stack projects.
- Proven experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
- Strong background in building and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
- Prior exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
- Experience working in BFSI or other highly regulated industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Alternative pathways include extensive full-stack development experience and demonstrated project success.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop new features and enhance existing applications based on business needs.
- Participate actively in sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
- Review code perform testing and ensure adherence to security and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Support deployment and integration efforts through CI/CD pipelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
- Relevant certifications in Java cloud platforms or DevOps practices are a plus.

- Proven ability to work independently and in teams within fast-paced environments.
